One-click Job Maps
zMaxMB obtains the job address from SMB and automatically transfers it via the internet to one of the major mapping sites. You can choose from Microsoft Live Map, Google Maps, Yahoo Maps or Mapquest. A map for the Job location is then displayed on the screen and can be printed for use by the employees going to the job site.
Search current AND archive SMB company files
As any SMB user knows, SMB alows you to archive closed jobs every year as part of the year end close. This is an important and much needed maintainance function, but some companies never archive closed Jobs because finding information on a Job completed in a prior year can be a real chore.
zMaxMB resolves this problem. The search feature lets you enter criteria (like Job Name, city, client, etc) and search for Jobs in the current year company file and any archive company file. Once you find the Job, zMaxMB tells you which archive file the Job is located in and then it can automatically open the Job folder for you in Windows Explorer.
